hello, my coins were sent to the same address but the 2nd letter was lower case. is there a way to recover these coins that have the identical numbers/letters?

Unfortunately, the tokens are permanently lost. There’s no way to reverse the transaction, and now the tokens will be trapped in a wallet address that nobody has the keys for. Sorry for your loss!
