I have a SPL token M6 that last week was visible in my phantom wallet and appeared in the token list in the wallet. Now it is just gone from the U.I Also, it does not show up as an undefined token
The same issues exists on multiple browsers and multiple desktops.
I’m wondering is anyone else is experiencing this? What to do about it?
Phantom browser extension not showing.
Phantom mobile not showing.
Solflare browser extension working as expected.
Solflare mobile not showing.
Wallet should show 1 M6 Token https://explorer.solana.com/address/6xVWf8NsJEZiAGZhs4N81du8PZpAu6NCCzqYgWskgCCE/tokens
I have the same problem. I am going thru the token list and it seems that the wallet now ignores decimal=0 tokens… is there anyway we can notify their team?
Warning: There are fake mobile wallets for Solflare and Phantom that will steal all your funds!
If you put your seed phrase in a Solflare or Phantom mobile wallet, then you funds might already be stolen, or else you should transfer them to another wallet as soon as possible.
I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure that there is no such thing as a legitimate Solflare or Phantom mobile wallet. Double-check the official project websites to be sure, but I don’t think that Solflare or Phantom actually make mobile apps, and I do know that other people have lost their money from using scam ones.
It would be good if others would log the same issue.

Our Token (M6) has completely disappeared form the token list and does not show up as an undefined token in the phantom wallet. It is just gone from the UI. Last week It was visible. It's not stolen as it is verifiable in the Solana Explorer.
I have the same issues on multiple browsers and multiple desktops.
Please help.

The Phantom and Solflare browser extensions are both great. I don’t have any wallets on my phone, though, so I’m not sure what a great mobile wallet is yet.
I’m seeing exactly the same - missing in Phantom browser + mobile, missing in Solflare mobile, showing in Solflare browser. With a token that isn’t in tokenlist, also with decimal 0, and on devnet. Solscan
The mobile issue is especially annoying because it stops Solana Pay QR codes working with these tokens
I minted a new SPL token with decimals=1 in my account, I own 0.1 of those. I already own 5+ of the decimal=0 token.
Phantom Browser now shows both my previous decimal=0 token and the new one
Phantom Mobile shows only the new one
Solflare Browser shows both, it was already showing the decimal=0 one though
I want to re-iterate that there are mobile scam wallets for Phantom and Solflare so be very careful to make sure they are legitimate before putting your money into them.
Anyway, it sounds like Phantom ( and the mobile wallets, assuming they are legitimate ) have a bug. They are probably misinterpreting the tokens with a decimal of 0 as NFTs or something because most fungible tokens have more than zero decimals.
Hopefully Phantom support will fix it or get back to @nate on his ticket, and otherwise, I guess for now using Solflare, if you are in the browser, is the best workaround.
Thanks! I appreciate the heads up but both Phantom and Solflare do have legitimate wallets linked from their own websites. Phantom links theirs here: Download and solflare here: Solflare
I agree with you on the bug though and it makes sense that they’d be mis-interpreting like that. Though it does sound like it’s a regression and a bit odd that it’s the same across platforms. Maybe they share a data source or API. I’ve opened a ticket with Phantom support too and will update here if I get a response, but for now the workaround of using a token with decimals > 0 is ok for me!
