Who to contact for KYC failure for Server program?


I tried to complete the KYC for Server Program using PC, mobile applicaiton and Mac but all failed. I got following email response:

"Thanks so much for signing up for the Solana Foundation Server Program. Unfortunately, you did not pass KYC, most likely because of your photo quality.

Your ID documents must be visible end-to-end, which means all four corners of your ID are visible in the photo.

Please attempt to complete KYC again by going to https ://solana.foundation/server-program and completing the process again, or reaching out to Jumio Support at https ://support.jumio.com.

So I contacted the support.jumio.com. but they said it is Solana Foundation who can resolve the issues.

Reply from Jumio:
"Thank you for reaching out to Jumio. Unfortunately, we do not take end-user requests. Jumio merely provides a service to our customers and it is entirely up to them to interpret and use the data as they wish.

Please contact the organization which has requested your document(s) about any questions or concerns you may have."

Now, I am not sure who to contact to resolve this issue?

I’m not aware of how the process works myself, but you might find additional help on the Solana Discord. As always:

:warning: Warning: Telegram and Discord and other messaging platforms are a haven for people trying to scam you. Never give anybody your seed phrase or private key. Even support officials and admins will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. And never use a wallet app that you have not used before if somebody asks you to. They will fake a real wallet and use the fake wallet to steal all of your tokens.
